About NDA
The National Defence Academy (NDA) examination is conducted twice a year by UPSC to recruit candidates into the Indian Armed Forces.
Exam Pattern

Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Indian
- Age: 16.5 to 19.5 years
- Educational Qualification:
- Army Wing: 12th Pass
- Navy & Air Force: 12th with Physics & Maths
- Unmarried Male & Female Candidates

Salary After Commission
Starting Salary (Lieutenant): ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 per month
